The Bristol Motor Cycle and Light Car Club, or Bristol Motor Club as it is now called, is a classic car and motorsport enthusiast club for those in the Bristol area.
The Bristol Motor Club is registered with the Motor Sports Association and is involved in many motorsport events across the UK, including Sprints, Hillclimbs, Trials, Autotests, Autosol and others.
The club, founded in 1911, has an impressive history having organised the UK’s first post-war speed event in 1945. In 1950 the club organised the first ever race meeting at Castle Combe.
